Meet Recap

On a hot, muggy, 90 degree day, the lady Knights entered the first OK Black Conference meet of the season. Overall, the team won a tie breaker for 3rd place – just ahead of Fruitport and behind Jenison and Reese Puffer High Schools.

The team was led by Katie Westfall who finished in 18th with a time of 22:34. Closely following her, and running strong races despite the heat, were Maria Donihue and Erica Green. Other standouts of the day included Aubrey Doucette and Bri Elliott.
